1. How to contact us
If you have any questions about the TAGYoureItOnline.com website ("TAG Site") or our privacy policy, please contact us by writing to Larry Ransom at taginfo@tagyoureitonline.com.

2. Our approach to privacy
We want youth, 13 and older, who visit the TAG Site to be able to use the site and take full advantage of the TAG Services we provide. We also want to make sure that when we collect information from users we do so in a way that does not infringe you or your child's right to privacy. This Privacy Policy is designed to give you useful information about your rights and the way we collect and use personal information.

We do not disclose personal information we have collected from you or your child through this website to third parties. Besides what we describe in this Privacy Policy, we do not maintain any personal information obtained from users through this website in a retrievable form.

3. The information we collect and how we use it
When you want to create a Membership on the TAG Site, this is the information we ask for and how we use it:

To sign up for a Membership, we ask for your name, your age, your gender, your email address, your state of residence and your school name. This information is important for verifying your age and helping us track geographic interest in our website and services.

There are surveys and forms that you can complete that are part of the goal setting, progress tracking tools and other questions to answer that will help you gain better insight into your interests and personality. All of this information is maintained in your personal data file and is not stored for any other purpose than your own use. Periodically, we may review collected information for appropriateness (that is, we do not permit the posting of any information that is obscene, lewd, violent, sexually explicit or that may be construed as harassing in any way.) Periodically, we may also look at information from all Members in a summary format to evaluate ways we can expand or improve the services we offer our Members.

When you establish a Membership account on the TAG `Site, we will send you a welcome email that will require you to click a link to activate your Membership. We may also periodically send you emails with update information about the site. You can unsubscribe from these periodic emails by advising us through the email link titled "UNSUBSCRIBE" at the bottom of each email.

4. Children under 13 years of age
We do not knowingly accept Memberships from any person under the age of 13 and therefore, we do not knowingly collect, use or store any information on any person under the age of 13.

5. Older children and youth
Those who fall within the age range of 13 to 18 can create a Membership on this site by giving their personal consent. We encourage anyone who is under the age of 18 to get his or her parent's or legal guardian's consent before creating a Membership and to fully read this Privacy Policy.
